Job description
Shape the future of risk management as Director of Corporate Operational Risk Management at Sun Life. Oversee frameworks and support enterprise transformations in a dynamic role.

In this senior contributor role, you will directly oversee the development and enhancement of the Operational Risk Management Framework. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will ensure effective operational risk practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Design core operational risk management frameworks and components • Lead implementation of risk assessment tools and standards • Maintain and clarify governance documentation • Provide oversight and critique first line risk practices • Enhance operational risk reporting and validate data inputs

Requirements: • 8+ years' experience in financial services risk management • Direct experience in corporate operational risk • Strong knowledge of risk identification and assessment • Excellent writing and executive presentation skills • Proven stakeholder management skills and influence
