This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and We are looking to hire Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Techno functional Consultant in Brampton, ON (Onsite) or Calgary, AB (Onsite), immediately who has strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Talent Management & Onboarding. Experience working with BI Publisher and OTBI reports is mandatory.
Role Overview:

Oracle HCM Techno functional, who provide L2/L3 production support across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Talent Management, and Onboarding.

Strong Payroll experience is mandatory, with hands on support during payroll runs and critical cycles.

Lead and manage Oracle quarterly patching, including impact analysis, and post patch validation.

Deliver technical expertise by collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to resolve business issues.

Design and support BI Publisher and OTBI reports using SQL/PL/SQL for HR and Payroll analytics.

Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations, Absence accruals, and Benefits processing.

Handle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts for workforce, compensation, contracts, and salary data.

Support integrations with Oracle EBS and downstream systems for benefits and payroll data.

Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex functional and technical production issues.

Act as an HCM SME, providing documentation, user training, and mentoring junior consultants.
The pay range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. The pay range for this role is CAD $65/hr to CAD $85/hr.
