Job description
Join the College of Nurses of Ontario in Toronto as an Advanced Practice Consultant. In this full-time role, you will support regulatory practice initiatives and quality assurance programs across the nursing community.

As an Advanced Practice Consultant, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to influence nursing regulations and improve practice standards. Your expertise, with over 10 years in clinical nursing, will be key in developing educational resources and providing guidance on regulatory requirements. You'll also be involved in program delivery and project management initiatives to enhance nursing practice standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Consult on regulatory policy and practice standards • Implement CNO's Quality Assurance program • Respond to inquiries from nurses and employers • Collaborate on resource development and support • Deliver educational sessions through various formats

Requirements: • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing and graduate degree • Current registration with CNO without restrictions • Minimum 10 years of clinical nursing experience • Experience in adult education program delivery • Knowledge of project management and quality improvement
