Job description
Join a high-stakes LNG development as the Risk & Change Integration Lead, driving successful outcomes through effective risk management. Elevate safety, reputation, and financial objectives across project teams.

This pivotal role demands excellent analytical and communication skills to lead risk identification and mitigation strategies within the Phase 2 LNG project. You will collaborate across diverse teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to safety standards. Your ability to influence stakeholders positively will be crucial in maintaining project integrity and securing optimal results.

Key Responsibilities: • Own the Phase 2 Risk Management Plan • Manage cross-functional risk assessment processes • Develop timely integrated project risk reports • Communicate emerging project risks to stakeholders • Monitor and improve risk management effectiveness

Requirements: • Minimum 15 years in Oil & Gas sector • At least 3 years of LNG project experience • Background as a Project Risk Manager or similar • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field • Familiarity with Pro-Risk and risk assessment methodologies
