Job description
Drive project execution and lead teams at SATOV, a premier Toronto consulting firm. This Manager role demands analytical brilliance, communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

As a Manager at SATOV, you will oversee client projects, working closely with partners and junior staff. You will take charge of end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality outputs through rigorous process management and research. In addition to project work, you will contribute to SATOV’s growth and mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills while building your own.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead execution of client projects with partners and juniors • Manage project processes ensuring quality and on-track delivery • Assist in building SATOV's brand at industry events • Mentor junior staff, driving knowledge sharing and development • Conduct in-depth research and develop sophisticated models

Requirements: • Business undergraduate degree is essential • 5-6 years in consulting or 1-3 years post MBA experience • Bilingual in French and English • Proven client relationship management skills • Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
