Job description
Drive operational excellence as the Director of Field Operations at McKesson. Lead national pharmacy performance execution across the Medicine Shoppe Canada network and ensure strategic alignment.

As a key leader, you will oversee the Field Operations team and refine execution standards throughout the franchise system. Your role demands a focus on operational efficiency and fostering collaboration between field teams and internal stakeholders. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities: • Own national field execution model across pharmacy network • Develop clear, actionable field objectives and tools • Resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal partners • Monitor performance through established KPIs and success measures • Coach and develop the Field Operations team for enhanced execution

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 7-10 years in multi-unit operations and field leadership • 3+ years managing geographically dispersed teams • Strong operational acumen and interpersonal skills • Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
