Join us on our journey together, as we put the joy back into travel and make Toronto Pearson the chosen place to fly and work.

What’s in it for you?

An opportunity to grow, develop, and thrive within a dynamic, and fast-growing company alongside thoughtful and passionate individuals dedicated to their work and community

Comprehensive benefits, including a flexible retirement program with employer matching, along with voluntary savings options (RRSP, TFSA, and Non-Registered Savings Plans)

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

As Manager, Maintenance Response, you will:

Partner with Human Resources to lead labour relations matters in a fair, consistent, and respectful manner, including participation in grievance and arbitration processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to terminal system outages.

4 years of experience working in a customer centric environment.

4 years of experience in People Management (direct report or cross‑functional) in a multi‑disciplinary environment.

Experience working in a unionized environment will be considered an asset.

Post‑Secondary degree or diploma or minimum 5 years of combined equivalent work experience and education.

Ability to obtain a D/A AVOP license.

Ability to obtain and retain a Transportation Security Clearance.
