Job description
Lead product operations at CORPAY in Toronto, ON, focusing on portfolio management and operational infrastructure. This role demands expertise in product operations and engineering alignment.

As the Head of Product Operations, you will directly report to the Chief Product Officer, crafting a robust portfolio visibility strategy and enhancing PM tooling. Your role includes establishing operational processes and fostering communication between product and engineering teams for seamless functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: • Establish a unified portfolio view across product lines • Define and standardise initiative capture and reporting • Facilitate quarterly planning cycles with product leaders • Address prioritisation trade-offs proactively with data • Maintain visibility of engineering constraints for planning

Requirements: • 8–15+ years in Product Operations or related fields • Experience building portfolio management functions • Strong background coordinating between product and engineering • Familiarity with PM tools like Jira and roadmapping software • Experience in fintech or regulated financial environments
