Job description
Kickstart your marketing journey at NewStore as a Marketing Development Representative. Your mission will be to transform global marketing engagements into a robust sales pipeline through skilled qualification and outreach.

This role integrates closely with Sales to support both inbound and targeted lead engagement. You will be responsible for personalizing communication and accelerating prospects through various tools and platforms, ensuring that campaigns yield measurable business impact. If leveraging AI and automation excites you, this position will be rewarding.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage timely outreach for inbound leads across multiple channels • Convert MQLs into qualified meetings with sales teams • Collaborate on account prioritization and targeted messaging • Implement multi-touch engagement strategies to connect with leads • Conduct thorough CRM data maintenance to improve outreach outcomes

Requirements: • 1-3 years in an MDR, SDR, or similar role • Proficient with Salesforce and marketing tools • Effective communicator engaging retail professionals • Quick to respond and organized in outreach tasks • Collaborative approach focusing on data-driven insights
