Job description
Join Boardwalk as a Renovation Projects Associate focusing on customer comfort and safety. This role involves renovation, special projects, and supporting maintenance teams effectively.

As a key team member at Boardwalk, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers enjoy quality home living. This position requires a background in construction or carpentry and a hands-on approach to renovation projects, from cabinet installation to working on pest control initiatives. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential to thrive in this role while collaborating with fellow associates.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure health and safety of our customers • Lead various renovation projects like cabinet installation • Assist with water restoration and pest control activities • Communicate daily with leadership and team members • Maintain equipment and manage inventory accurately

Requirements: • Experience in construction or carpentry preferred • Certification in mold remediation and flood cleanup is a plus • Valid driver's license for truck/trailer operation • Proficiency with computer tablets is an asset • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus
