In this role, you will coordinate commission inquiries from advisers, preparing reports and ensuring all account activities are completed on time. You'll also support the collection of commission debts and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential to thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle commission inquiries via phone and email • Ensure correct commission payouts and resolve inconsistencies • Prepare and analyze monthly commission reports • Support debt collection processes for advisers • Input all relevant data accurately into the system
Requirements: • Strong mathematical and analytical skills • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge • Accounting experience is a plus • Bilingual (French and English) advantageous • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
