Job description
Transform clinical care with your expertise as a Consultant. Lead initiatives that advance patient care and professional practice across various healthcare sectors.

This role invites an experienced professional to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on critical areas such as cardiac and perioperative care. By guiding practice assessments and developing compliance strategies, you will ensure high standards are upheld within diverse practice environments. Your contributions will enhance educational tools and facilitate the effective integration of best practices.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership in clinical practice consultations • Address high-risk clinical issues with effective solutions • Collaborate in developing compliant practice plans • Supervise Professional Practice Integration initiatives • Disseminate updated information on practice standards

Requirements: • Approved nursing program and Master’s degree • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare • Registration with British Columbia regulatory body • Strong background in education and leadership • Ability to mentor and guide diverse teams
