Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a motivated team. This position combines hands-on leadership with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for performance monitoring and problem-solving, ensuring a thriving store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities: • Guide a high-performing team with leadership and coaching • Prioritize and enhance customer satisfaction • Utilize metrics to analyze store performance • Attract and retain top talent through strategic recruitment • Oversee inventory management and compliance

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of management experience • Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment • Strong planning and organizational skills • Flexible schedule availability required
