Job description
Steer the enhancement of quality systems as the Director of Quality Systems Effectiveness in long-term care settings. Utilize your expertise to ensure meaningful data drives effective care improvement initiatives.

This leadership position involves evaluating quality frameworks to support the performance and well-being of residents. You will devise dashboards that provide actionable insights while verifying data integrity and collaborating with home teams to shape quality protocols. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a safe, respectful environment that prioritizes high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities: • Improve quality systems and care outcome indicators • Design and maintain data-driven quality dashboards • Analyze quality metrics from leading health systems • Facilitate training on quality protocols for teams • Collaborate to enhance compliance with inspections

Requirements: • Lean Six Sigma certification or similar • Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care • Advanced education required; Master’s preferred • Skilled in process mapping and clinical workflow • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
