Job description
Join Blue Shock Executive Search as a Training Regional Manager for a thriving restaurant group in Ontario. Leverage your leadership skills to foster operational excellence and team mentorship.

This position is ideal for experienced General Managers ready to advance their careers. As a Training Regional Manager, you will enhance guest experiences while mentoring future leaders. Collaborating with the Director of Operations, you'll focus on driving sales and ensuring quality service across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities: • Establish a restaurant culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction • Oversee beverage procedures for security and performance • Handle disciplinary actions alongside HR • Monitor restaurant audits and operational excellence • Manage financial reports and provide performance analysis

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Regional Manager in restaurants • At least 4 years as a successful General Manager • Solid computer skills including Excel and reporting tools • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities • Valid driver’s license for extensive travel
