Job description
Lead Canada’s energy sector as a Project Director, guiding complex mining and industrial projects. Utilize your extensive project management skills to foster innovation and ensure client satisfaction.

In this leadership role, you will manage Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and project engineers while shaping a portfolio that drives client success. Your proven experience in the mining and heavy industrial sectors, along with strong governance skills, will be vital for planning and executing multi-phase projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead complex project planning and execution across Canada • Develop and implement Project Management Plans for success • Oversee budgets, schedules, and project governance • Mentor project teams for technical excellence • Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities

Requirements: • 20+ years of project management experience in heavy industry • Proven success in managing EPCM projects • Engineering degree or technical diploma; PMP preferred • Expert in governance and stakeholder engagement • Proficient in project management tools
