Job description
Join a dynamic team as an Actuarial Associate focused on biometric research. Dive into experience studies and data analysis while working in a hybrid model across North America.

This role is ideal for a motivated actuarial candidate passionate about data-driven insights in the insurance industry. You will contribute to developing key assumptions and participate in research projects that span multiple lines of business. Collaboration with various departments will enhance your skills in experience analysis and data transformation while leveraging vast datasets.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct mortality/lapse experience studies across product lines • Assist in assumption development for North American markets • Support client-focused experience analyses for pricing teams • Collaborate on special projects with various departments • Review and improve analysis processes continually

Requirements: • University Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or Mathematics • 1-3 years actuarial experience in life/health insurance • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, or Python • Active exam progression towards ASA/FSA • Strong communication and analytical skills
