We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to lead our digital and traditional media investments, ensuring consistent top-of-funnel demand generation and lead flow aligned to business goals.
This is a data-driven and results-oriented role responsible for driving consistent lead generation through paid media channels, including SEM, paid social, display, and emerging platforms. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns daily to achieve weekly and monthly lead forecasts — balancing performance with efficiency and ROI.
You’ll have direct ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and budget management, and you’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and content teams to align lead volume with business needs and market conditions.
This role is perfect for a hands-on performance marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves testing new ideas, and is motivated by hitting forecast targets with precision and accountability.
