Job description: Creating quotes, tracking expirations, managing renewals, and ensuring pricing accuracy. Preparing order forms, agreements, invoices, and maintaining CRM records. Responding to client inquiries, scheduling calls, and assisting with follow-ups. Handling purchase orders, coordinating with finance, and ensuring smooth fulfillment. Generate quarterly sales reports or forecasts for management. Serving as a link between sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Skills Ideally, education in Finance/Administration or Sales&Marketing Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication, clear, concise, and professional High attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Customer-oriented and proactive problem-solving Work in Ottawa utilizes a secure, closed AI environment for the initial screening of resumes, ensuring your data remains safe while helping us efficiently identify top candidates.
