About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting operations and ensuring effective coordination of work in the field.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include :
  • Supervising and leading maintenance teams for fixed equipment and surface infrastructure;
  • Planning, coordinating, and prioritizing maintenance work to support production operations;
  • Ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of fixed equipment (generators, pumps, overhead cranes, HVAC systems, boilers, etc.);
  • Enforcing company health, safety, and environmental standards;
  • Participating in maintenance budget management and resource optimization;
  • Ensuring follow‑up, documentation, and reporting of maintenance activities;
  • Collaborating with operations, engineering, and supply teams;
  • Diagnosing technical issues and implementing effective solutions;
  • Promoting continuous improvement and equipment reliability;
  • Managing operational challenges related to a remote mining site.

Desired profile
  • Relevant experience in the field
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a northern environment (an asset)
  • Ability to communicate in English (an asset)
