Customer Service Assistant
Entry-Level Customer Support & Service Coordination Role
We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Assistant position for individuals who are professional, dependable, and able to support day-to-day customer service activity through strong communication, organization, and follow-through. This role is well suited to someone who can help maintain a positive customer experience, respond to routine inquiries, and support service-related tasks in a professional office environment.
The position includes a combination of customer communication, service coordination, record updates, issue tracking, internal follow-up, and general support for customer service workflows.
