We are looking for a responsive and detail-oriented Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. This remote role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, providing real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms.
This position is well-suited for individuals who enjoy assisting customers in a fast-paced, digital environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Assist customers with orders, account issues, and general questions
Resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive tone
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions

Excellent written communication and typing skills

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat platforms
