BET99 is Canada’s Premiere Online Sportsbook and Casino. Since launching in 2020, we have continuously innovated the online gaming landscape, rapidly growing our customer base and expanding our internal BET99 team. The Customer Engagement team plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users before they need to reach out to customer service. The focus is on proactively solving customer issues, providing specialized offers, driving engagement on our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to customers via phone call or email to resolve potential issues before they escalate to customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through personalized engagement and targeted promotions.
  • Provide specialized offers to drive engagement and retention on the platform.
  • Maintain and update the BET99 knowledge base and AI Agent to improve automated assistance and self-service options.
  • Analyze customer trends and feedback to identify patterns and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and marketing, to align engagement strategies.
  • Respond to customer feedback on platforms such as TrustPilot and App Store reviews to uphold BET99’s reputation.
  • Assist with any projects or tasks assigned by the CE Manager


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in customer engagement, online gaming, or sports betting is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and knowledge management systems is a plus.

L’équipe d’engagement client joue un rôle essentiel pour assurer une expérience fluide et engageante pour nos utilisateurs, avant même qu’ils aient besoin de contacter le service à la clientèle. L’objectif est de résoudre de manière proactive les problèmes des clients, de proposer des offres spécialisées et de stimuler l’engagement sur notre plateforme.


Responsabilités

  • Communiquer de façon proactive avec les clients par téléphone ou par courriel afin de résoudre les problèmes potentiels avant qu’ils ne soient transmis au service à la clientèle.
  • Identifier des occasions d’améliorer l’expérience client grâce à un engagement personnalisé et à des promotions ciblées.
  • Proposer des offres spécialisées afin de favoriser l’engagement et la rétention sur la plateforme.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour la base de connaissances de BET99 ainsi que l’agent IA afin d’améliorer l’assistance automatisée et les options de libre-service.
  • Analyser les tendances et les commentaires des clients afin d’identifier des schémas et de recommander des améliorations.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes, notamment le service à la clientèle et le marketing, afin d’harmoniser les stratégies d’engagement.
  • Répondre aux commentaires des clients sur des plateformes telles que TrustPilot et les avis de l’App Store afin de préserver la réputation de BET99.
  • Participer à tout projet ou tâche confié(e) par le gestionnaire CE.



Compétences et qualifications

  • Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat) ou minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide et en constante évolution.
  • Une expérience en engagement client, dans l’univers du jeu en ligne ou les paris sportifs est un atout.
  • Esprit analytique et solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM et des systèmes de gestion des connaissances constitue un atout.
  • Ce rôle est essentiel pour améliorer la satisfaction et la fidélité des clients, en assurant une approche proactive de l’engagement client chez BET99.
