Role: Project Manager
Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and results-driven Special Projects Project Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role focuses on innovation-driven programs, pilot projects, and new business concepts, requiring the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving project scopes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, drive scalable solutions, and ensure successful project execution from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
. Project Delivery & Financial Management
  • Define project goals, scope, success criteria, timelines, and risks
  • Develop and manage project plans across multiple teams and initiatives
  • Create, track, and manage project budgets; proactively address variances
  • Ensure timely execution of project deliverables
. Business Solutions & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
  • Build strong relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Provide strategic guidance and drive collaboration
. Hardware & Infrastructure Coordination
  • Manage procurement, delivery, and installation of hardware and network equipment
  • Coordinate infrastructure deployments with internal technology teams
  • Review and mark up technical drawings with engineering teams
. Communication & Vendor Management
  • Lead daily stand-ups and ensure alignment across teams
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely service and delivery
  • Provide regular updates through status reports, meetings, and issue tracking
. Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
. Installation Validation & Project Closure
  • Oversee installation validation to ensure system functionality and connectivity
  • Ensure proper project closure, including documentation, financial reconciliation, and handoff
  • Identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • – years of experience in technology or infrastructure project management
  • Proven experience managing project budgets and financial tracking
  • Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
  • CAPM or PMP certification (preferred)
