Job description
Are you motivated, reliable, and ready to earn based on your performance? Join our growing residential painting team and take control of your income with a piece-rate pay structure-and a clear path to leadership. What You'll Do: Prepare and paint residential interiors and exteriors Complete assigned units efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Work independently and as part of a team Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors What We're Looking For: Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Reliable transportation Previous painting experience is an asset (but not required-we train!)
