Our client, a portfolio company in the staffing industry, is seeking a hands-on finance professional to support the business during a transition period. This is a full-time contract opportunity for someone who can step in quickly, manage day-to-day finance operations, and help keep the function stable and organized within a small team environment. There is potential for the role to become permanent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing core accounting and finance activities, supporting reporting and compliance requirements, and helping management maintain visibility into financial performance. This role requires a practical, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a lean environment and handling both operational and month-end responsibilities.
