Our client, a well-established and high-performing mortgage brokerage, has engaged The HR Pro to hire a Senior Mortgage Underwriter to join their growing team.
While the client is confidential at this stage, they’re known for a strong, team-first culture and a highly productive group of brokers who rely heavily on their internal support team to keep deals moving efficiently.
This role sits within their Underwriting HUB - a centralized team that plays a critical role in the business. You’ll be working closely with brokers across Canada, helping to structure deals, navigate lender options, and ensure files are complete, competitive, and moving forward.
This is not a siloed underwriting role - it’s collaborative, fast-moving, and very much tied to the success of the brokers and the overall deal flow. If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving on complex files and takes ownership of getting deals across the finish line, you’ll do well here.
