Concierge Agent

Do you love working with guests and exceeding their expectations Would you like to turn moments into memories by assisting guests to make the most of their stay at The Castle in the Rockies As a Concierge Agent you will have the opportunity to work with our Chief Concierge and Concierge Team consistently providing outstanding service and creating genuine and lasting memories!

Starting Rate :  $24.47 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.95.

This position will start early April and is full time.

Job Duties Include :

• To offer assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for dining spa golf activities and tours; for example horseback riding limousine services theatre tickets sporting events
• To provide correct and accurate information on tourist sites and activities including being well versed in their individual company policies and procedures
• To log reservations create confirmations and itineraries provide information and be well versed in iConcierge Open Table Spa Soft and Royal Service Manager programs
• All other duties as assigned
