The Volunteer’s Role
Cuso International is seeking a dynamic candidate to play a crucial role in identifying key stakeholders, with a special focus on private sector companies. Your efforts will support a thorough assessment of skill requirements across Canadian private enterprises, ensuring that technical and vocational training programs are perfectly aligned to meet these demands. This alignment is essential to expanding access to meaningful and rewarding employment opportunities for young people.
The SHARE project strengthens economic resilience in marginalized communities by supporting entrepreneurship, employability, TVET systems, and market-driven skills, focusing on inclusive opportunities for women, youth, LGBTQ+ individuals, migrants, and refugees. It empowers partners to adapt to market changes, improve employment, enhance competitiveness, and build innovative partnerships by redefining their commercial value propositions.
This exciting role involves identifying key private sector companies across Central America, with a special focus on those linked to Canada. By strategically mapping these connections, Cuso International can leverage its unique strengths, foster dynamic partnerships, and drive forward cutting-edge strategic initiatives.
