Job description
L'enseignant(e) accompagne les élèves dans leur démarche d’apprentissage, dans un contexte de construction identitaire, langagière et culturelle en milieu minoritaire, en visant la réussite de chacun et chacune. Certaines attentes liées au poste incluent l’utilisation de pratiques probantes issues de la recherche, favorisant l’inclusion, l'enseignement explicite et la mise en place de stratégies d’évaluation au service de l’apprentissage. De plus, la capacité d’entrer en relation et d’entretenir un lien significatif avec chaque élève est un incontournable pour la personne qui souhaite percer l'équipe d'enseignants au CÉF.Exigences du posteDétenir un baccalauréat en éducation d’une université reconnue ;Une maîtrise en éducation est un avantage ;Détenir un brevet d’enseignement de la Saskatchewan ou être en mesure de l’obtenir ; Consulter le site Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board);Excellente maîtrise du français (une évaluation interne sera réalisée) ; Connaissance de l’anglais ; Confirmation d’absence d’antécédent judiciaire. Les candidatures seront acceptées jusqu’à ce que le poste soit pourvu. La réussite du test de français du CÉF ou l'engagement à suivre et à réussir une formation d'appoint en français est un préalable à l'embauche.
