Job description
AO Globe Life is a company that works with all major members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and their families across Canada and provides them with their permanent benefits. We are dedicated to protecting every child and serving all working families, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team. We are seeking a Remote Junior Sales Associate who will work closely with clients and team members to deliver excellent service while explaining permanent benefits available to them through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefits Work collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goals Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support Keep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standards Participate in team meetings Requirements: Legally authorized to work in Canada. 1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentation Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
