Roth Canada is the Canadian affiliate of Roth Capital Partners, regarded as one of the leading underwriters in the United States for small cap and growth equity names. Known for leading corporate access events, including one of the largest investment conferences in the US, Roth Capital Partners has been part of over $66bn in transaction value over the last 5 years, and over 2,400 transactions in the last 30 years. Servicing over 2,000 active institutional accounts, with over 430 companies under research coverage.
Roth Canada was launched in 2021 to support Canadian companies’ growth, helping augment Canadian distribution with a differentiated investor base across the US and internationally. Over that time, we’ve been part of more than 90 transactions for over $3.5bn in transaction value. Today we have offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Vice President or Director to join our Mining Investment Banking team in Toronto or Vancouver. The successful candidate will play a key role in originating and executing transactions across the mining and metals sector, including equity and debt financings, M&A advisory, restructurings, and strategic advisory mandates.
