  6. Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
  7. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in accordance with clinical, legal, and regulatory standards
  8. Ensure a safe, clean, and sterile care environment by adhering to infection control policies and safety protocols
  9. Participate actively in discharge planning to support smooth transitions to home or other levels of care
  10. Foster a therapeutic environment that promotes patient comfort, dignity, and healing

  3. License endorsement assistance available for eligible candidates
  4. One (1) or more years of nursing experience preferred (new graduates may be considered based on role and setting)
  5. Strong clinical knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices and patient care standards
