ROLE: DEVSECOPS CONSULTANT
TORONTO - HYBRID - FULLTIME

JD as below:

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the architecture and implementation of our current DevSecOps pipelines.
  • Support pipeline enhancements, feature development, and bug fixes as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and resolve user queries related to pipeline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security, development, and operations practices.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and best practices on the job.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • – years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps roles, preferably within enterprise environments.
  • Proficient in Python for scripting, automation, and workflow customization.
  • Demonstrated experience with GitHub Actions workflows for CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms, with preference for Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to learn new skills and technologies as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise DevSecOps pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with security best practices in cloud and CI/CD environments.
  • Experience with incident response and troubleshooting in production environments.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and concepts.
