Summary

With us, you will work with innovative and world-class IT and telecom products. You will be the main point of contact on a daily basis for our various customers. In addition to providing technical services to our customers, you will work in collaboration with the supplier’s technical specialists.

Ensure the reception of incidents by phone or email;
Develop a diagnosis;
Use remote control tools for problem resolution;
Analyze and develop a diagnosis and plan to solve technical problems related to the use of specialised audio / screen recording, analysis and reporting software, equipment (servers, disks, OS), the client’s network environment (switch, router, firewall configuration mainly related to VoIP), databases (MySQL and MSSQL)
Manage and resolve technical problems;
Inform customers of the progress of the investigation and resolution via CRM tools;
Document what has been done in the system in order to share information with other team members;
Set up technical procedures;
Installation, configuration and integration of our specialized software solutions for customers in their VM Ware, Citrix Xen, Virtual Box (LAB) or traditional physical server (hardware) environments;
Implement technical procedures as needed;

Salary between $55 000 and $70 000 per year, depending on experience;

Telecommuting, hybrid mode (telecommuting and on-premise) or on-premise, depending on your preference;

Your profile

BACC, DEC or AEC in computer science or equivalent experiences;

Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems;

Knowledge of MySQL and MSSQL databases;

Knowledge of Microsoft suite (MS Excel, Word, etc.);

Basic knowledge of networking;

Knowledge in telephony (an asset);

Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as Wire Shark, Putty, Sysinternal etc. (an asset);

Excellent command of spoken and written French and English;
