They are seeking a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead payroll system ownership, drive configuration improvements, and ensure reliable, compliant payroll execution across the organization.
This role blends payroll expertise with systems thinking and process design and is ideal for someone who enjoys improving how payroll operates rather than simply running it.
The Payroll Implementation Manager acts as the internal owner of payroll systems and workflows, partnering with finance, HR, and operations to ensure payroll processes are scalable, accurate, and well-documented. In addition to overseeing payroll delivery, this role is responsible for system configuration, reporting frameworks, and continuous optimization.
