Job description
Join our growing team at Tim Hortons as a Restaurant Manager, where you will lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional guest service every visit. This role plays an important part in supporting a welcoming and positive environment for both guests and staff.
As a passionate and enthusiastic team leader, you will train and coach team members while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Your knowledge of quick service restaurant operations will help support daily performance and ensure efficient, smooth-running shifts.
About the role: Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will guide your team and ensure they are equipped with the tools they need to succeed throughout each shift. You will follow Tim Hortons operational and product preparation standards, while using your leadership skills to promote teamwork and open communication.
You will also take part in the recruitment, training, and development of a diverse team, maintaining a respectful and supportive work environment. Additionally, you will oversee inventory and ordering, contributing to smooth and efficient restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting.
