JOB SUMMARY : The CHS Project Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Community Health Survey (Onkwehón : we Health Check-In) research activities. This will consist primarily of completing electronic surveys with participants and assisting where needed in other PP & E research projects. This survey project will support the identification of health trends as well as determinants of health within the community. The project will significantly contribute to the planning of service provision to the community and where advocacy for additional resources needs to take place. Reports to and receives supervision from the Community Health Survey (CHS) Project Manager, and functional supervision from the CHS Community Engagement Coordinator or the Epidemiologist.

Wage : Minimum $23.08 per hour – Contract – until March 31, 2026
