The Team Leader acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager. You’ll assign tasks, ensure opening / closing procedures are followed, and help train new team members. About the role : Team Leader

This position plays a central role in supporting the store’s success. You’ll oversee daily operations , lead team members, and make sure safety procedures are followed. When the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is away, you’ll take the lead and ensure business continues as usual.

As a Team Leader , you’ll participate in inventory processes , train new employees , and ensure everything runs in accordance with company guidelines. If you have at least one year of retail experience and the ambition to move up, Dollarama offers room for growth.
