Job Description

This position is part of the Executive Team, reporting directly to the CEO. This is your chance to make a difference! We are looking for a seasoned professional with an extensive background in global supply chain management and logistics to join our team as a Senior Director of Supply. You will be responsible for leading all aspects of procurement and distribution within the organization including strategic planning, forecasting, sourcing, supplier negotiations, inventory management, and transportation coordination.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in this role with previous success managing teams across multiple locations. In addition to strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities, they must also possess superior analytical skills along with a proven ability to handle complex projects while meeting deadlines under pressure. They should also be able to work well independently or collaboratively on cross-functional teams as well as lead others through change initiatives that impact day-to-day operations.
