Multifamily Site Superintendent

MatchBox Consulting Group  is seeking a  Superintendent  for our client, the construction arm of a respected developer who specializes in wood frame projects . The Superintendent will oversee all field operations, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with the company’s quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including trades, subcontractors, clients, and consultants. The job site is located in  Langford and the project is already underway.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
• Manage daily operations, including coordination of subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
