Job descriptionBachelor's degree 5 years or more On site work required; no remote option. Willing to relocate Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning Evaluate daily operations Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages Plan and organize daily operations Read blueprints and drawings Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machines Direct quality control inspections Hire, supervise and train employees in new equipment or production techniques, or oversee training Organize and maintain inventory Plan and implement changes to machinery, equipment, production systems and methods of work Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedures Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Prepare reports and other documents for consideration and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors Develop quality management and quality assurance standards 11-15 people Computer and technology knowledge : Electronic scheduler, Project management software, Database software, Monitoring and tracking software, SolidWorks software, Spreadsheet, Internet, MS Windows, MS Excel Electric locomotive Diesel locomotive Willing to travel Fast‑paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlinesAttention to detail Large workload Physically demanding Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized ReliabilityTeam player Values and ethics Punctuality Dental plan Health care plan Vision care benefits Employer-paid learning / training
