About the Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Support and Learning Platform Administrator to join our team. This role will primarily focus on handling support tickets ensuring smooth platform administration and supporting the creation and adherence to internal processes. As a first line of support for the Kinaxis Learning Hub (KLH) you will play a crucial role in providing operational assistance and improving platform functionality for end-users.

Location

If in Ottawa or Toronto you must be in the office at least three days a week. Other Ontario Locations - Remote

Term Duration

This isa full-time 8 or 12- mon th position startingMay 2026.

Co-op or Intern

This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or if you are a recent / upcoming graduate your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.

Compensation range

$19.46 - $28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidates skills year of education and experience.

What you will do

Support and Ticketing

• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely and efficient manner leveraging Salesforce CRM to track prioritize and document all technical and nontechnical inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and address platformrelated issues using Salesforce case management tools to ensure accurate logging rootcause identification and escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with users by providing updates through Salesforce ensuring transparency timely followthrough and a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
