A / P / Data Entry ($22.00 / hr) : Collaborate with the Corporate Controller and A / P team to maintain A / P performance levels Input invoices into ERP / accounting system. Verifying that purchases are recorded to the proper accounts. Obtaining approval for disbursements Identifying purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply adjustments and / or corrections to corporate billing records. Investigate and resolve all discrepancies. Review vendor authorization reports to ensure credit is received for outstanding memos Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained for each payment as established by company standards Form payment strategies to make timely A / P payments Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its suppliers Maintain interdepartmental relationships to ensure proper information flow while supporting other finance personnel Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
