Mill Bay Medical Centre is seeking two Family Physicians to join our well-established and collegial group of six fulltime and two part-time physicians. With seven full-time medical practices, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and work life balance.

Located on Vancouver Island, Mill Bay offers the charm of a scenic coastal community with easy access to the urban amenities and specialist services of Duncan (20 minutes) and Victoria (40 minutes).

Remuneration :

Fee for Service

Overhead :

Percent of monthly cost or if preferred a 70 : 30 split

Hours of Work :

9am to 5pm

closed Sat & Sun

Benefits :

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including :

Recruitment Incentive : $10, (full-time)

Relocation Costs Reimbursement : up to $15, (amount based on location relocating from)

Fee Premium : 4.20%

Annual Flat Fee : $6,.80

Rural CME : starting at $2,.00 / annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,.00 / annum after 4 years.
