Description

A private multidisciplinary-based facility is recruiting a Registered Occupational Therapist to join their full-service rehab clinics in Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener / Waterloo Ontario.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

~ Functional Ability Evaluations;

~ In Home Treatment, Accident Benefits for MVA

• Functional and Maintenance Assessments;

~ Work Site Assessments;

~ WSIB, MVA and LTD case management;

~ Ergonomics or Return to Work Planning;

~ Manage case management on a day-to-day basis.
