Job Description

Title : Gate Security Guard

Location : Suffield Area

Payrate : $20 / hr starting, after probation period increasing to $24.11 / hr.

Schedule : Casual / Spare 12 hr shifts 0600-1800 or 1800-0600

Overview :

We are looking for a diligent and reliable security guard to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring a safe environment.

Requirement :

• Must be living in Canada for minimum of 5 years due to required Government clearance.
• Must have a valid Alberta Security License.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 48 hours a week
• Experience with access control systems, alarm monitoring, and CCTV an asset but willing to train the right candidate.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in working with computers.
• Open availability to take any shifts.
• Ability to work alone for up to 12 hours.
• Physically capable of climbing stairs, opening, and closing gates, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.
