How you will make an impact

• Complete full cycle accounting for real estate properties.

• Perform accounting duties related to the processing of vendor invoices, expense reimbursement and credit card reconciliation.

• Responsible for A/R and A/P including reconcile tenant statements and prepare tenant charge-back invoices. Prepare banking deposits.

• Review expenditures including allocation to appropriate property and expense account.

• Prepare monthly accounts receivable reports.

• Prepare other reports such as tax receipts, move in /move out reports as and when required by relevant parties

• Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed

Job Requirements:

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Property accounting experience desired

• Residential real estate experience highly desired

• Deep understanding of Full Cycle Accounting

• Bank reconciliations experience preferred

• Knowledge of property accounting

• Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

• Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in the technical and financial backgrounds
