Project Engineer

We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Project Engineer .

This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by leading new product launches and engineering projects within a fast-paced automotive plastics manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in coordinating design, tooling, and production readiness to ensure successful program execution from concept to SOP.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to :

• Manage and coordinate all technical aspects of customer programs from design through to production launch
• Liaise between customers, suppliers, and internal departments (tooling, quality, production, and engineering)
• Oversee the design and development of injection molds, fixtures, and tooling
• Support APQP, PPAP, and change management documentation in alignment with automotive standards
• Conduct feasibility reviews and provide input on part design for manufacturability (DFM)
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, cost-effective execution
• Lead trials and validation runs, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and status reports

Salary Range : $80,000 – $95,000
