Schedule : Mon - Fri 10 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm
The Admin Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, identifying process improvements, prioritizing and contributing to the resolution of reoccurring issues while delivering assigned objectives.

Responsibilities
On a daily basis, your tasks will be :
- receive drivers at the window
- data entry in the system
- greet and verify drivers documents during pickups
- excel reports
Qualifications
- Admin / CSR background experience
- Computer skills
- Being comfortable with data entry
- Customer service oriented
